The short version: we only collect your personal information when you place an order, and we use it only to process and deliver that order. We don't sell your data.

What we collect, and when

When you place an order, we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email, shipping address, and phone number — plus your company name and VAT ID if you choose to add them for invoicing. If you join the “notify me” waitlist, we collect your email so we can tell you when stock returns. We don't collect personal information just for browsing the site.

How we use it

Only to process, fulfil, and deliver your order, send you order updates, and handle support or returns. That's it.

Who helps us handle it

A few trusted services help us run the store:

• Stripe processes your payment. We never see or store your card details.
• YourNextStore manages our orders and the notify-me list.
• Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixelmeasure how the site is used, via cookies, so we can improve it — that's aggregate analytics, not linked to your order.

We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to deliver your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time — just email privacy@sentienhq.com. If you're in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
